Ute Mountain Casino Hotel in Colorado is seeking a Slot Operations Supervisor to oversee the slot operations team, ensuring excellent guest service, and maintaining smooth floor operations. You will lead by example, coach staff, and coordinate with management to support compliance and efficiency.

The role requires at least 1 year of supervisory experience in Slot Operations and 2 years in Slots, with strong math skills and attention to money handling.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in Slot Operations or equivalent role.
• At least 2 years of experience in Slots or a similar role (preferably with increasing responsibilities/duties).
• Experience with troubleshooting slot equipment or gaming floor operations preferred.

Responsabilités

• Supervise daily slot operations to ensure smooth and compliant performance across all shifts.
• Schedule, assign, and monitor floor Attendants; provide shift leadership and monitor service coverage.
• Train, support, and evaluate slot personnel; orient new staff and communicate concerns to management.
• Maintain operational status of slot machines; perform basic troubleshooting and log major malfunctions.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and guest engagement; respond to guest service calls and assist with loyalty initiatives.
