Job summary

Durango Casino & Resort is seeking a Slot Department Supervisor to oversee daily operations, lead Floor Supervisors and Slot Ambassadors, and drive efficiency improvements. You will implement procedures, monitor internal controls, and communicate long-term goals to the slot team.

The role requires 1 year of supervisory experience in slots, strong communication, coaching, and the ability to discipline and develop staff, plus solid computer and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 21 and 1 year of supervisory experience in slots.
• Strong communication skills and ability to coach, develop, counsel and discipline staff.
• Knowledge of slot equipment and good computer/organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Slot Department's day-to-day operations.
• Direct Lead Floor Supervisors and Slot Ambassadors.
• Provide feedback on procedures to improve efficiencies.
• Review internal controls related to movement of sensitive materials on the slot floor.
• Communicate long-term goals and direction to the Slot department.
• Supervise, coach, counsel, and discipline staff.
• Responsible for scheduling.
