Job summary

Station Casinos LLC. seeks a Slot Department Supervisor to oversee day-to-day slot operations in a Las Vegas property. You will direct Lead Floor Supervisors, Slot Ambassadors, and related staff while maintaining efficiency and strong internal controls.

The role requires coaching and disciplining staff and ensuring accurate scheduling across shifts. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of supervisory experience in slots, excellent communication, and solid computer and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 21.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a Slot Supervisory position preferred.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to coach, develop, counsel and discipline.
• Knowledge of slot equipment.
• Excellent computer and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Slot Department’s day-to-day operations.
• Direct Lead Floor Supervisors, Slot Ambassadors, and other staff.
• Provide feedback on procedures for efficiencies.
• Review internal controls relative to movement of sensitive materials on the slot floor.
• Communicate long-term goals and direction to the Slot department.
• Supervise, coach, counsel, and discipline staff.
• Responsible for scheduling.
