Job summary

Terrible Herbst, Inc. is seeking a Casino Supervisor to lead slot operations on a designated shift and ensure smooth floor coverage and guest satisfaction. You will coordinate breaks, oversee jackpots, and uphold regulatory controls on a fast-paced casino floor.

The role requires at least 1 year in slot or casino floor operations, a high school diploma, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Nevada Title 31 training and gaming registrations will be supported by the employer.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old and authorized to work in the United States.
• Minimum one year of experience in slot operations or casino floor operations.
• Working knowledge of slot operations, jackpot procedures, and gaming regulations.
• Proficiency in read and apply policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead resource for slot operations during assigned shifts, coordinating floor coverage, break rotations, and daily work assignments.
• Provide exceptional guest service by resolving concerns, assisting with jackpots, player services, and other operational matters.
• Monitor casino floor activity to ensure compliance with gaming regulations, internal controls, and service standards.
• Review and process jackpots, fills, voids, overrides, machine malfunctions, variances, and related documentation.
• Investigate operational discrepancies, prepare reports, and communicate issues to management and other departments.
