Job summary

Desert Diamond Casino White Tanks seeks a Slot Supervisor to oversee daily slot operations on an assigned shift under the Slot Operations Manager. You will supervise the slot floor, mentor team members, ensure guest service, and enforce TOGE and ADOG policies.

The role requires strong supervisory experience, knowledge of slot machines and casino management systems, and a commitment to accuracy, safety, and excellent guest relations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; six years of slot operations experience; at least three years as a Slot Supervisor or higher
• Must be 18+ years old
• No felony, theft or stealing convictions
• Pre-employment drug/alcohol screen, background check, gaming license required

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and promote positive guest relations
• Monitor slot operations and enforce policies and procedures
• Plan and administer work schedules and assignments
• Authorize jackpots per policy and complete required forms
• Supervise slot personnel and mentor team members
• Prepare shift reports and ensure timely department reporting
• Maintain asset protection and security in the slot area
• Ensure compliance with state and TOGE policies and internal controls
• Coordinate with security and casino staff as needed
• Provide training and performance feedback to direct reports
• Resolve guest complaints and irregularities promptly
• Maintain clean and orderly slot areas and equipment

Education

High school diploma or GED plus 6 years experience in slot operations
