Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Analyze and respond to customer service related issues.
• Repair and maintain component level electronic circuitry in gaming devices.
• Install and remove gaming devices.
• Perform day-to-day preventative maintenance; troubleshoot ticket-in ticket-out systems.
• Assist in game conversions and firmware upgrades.
