Job summary

Maverick Gaming LLC is looking for a Slot Supervisor in Wendover, Nevada. The role involves supervising and coordinating the activities of the slot department to ensure excellent service and compliance with safety rules. Ideal candidates must have management experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office. The position offers a pay rate of $19/hr for grave shifts and $18/hr for day/swing shifts along with various benefits including medical, dental, 401K, and education reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
• Solid organizational, time-management and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for profitability of the Slot Department.
• Supervise Slot office staff.
• Ensure proper orientation and training of all Slot procedures.
• Patrol assigned areas to ensure compliance with rules.
• Approve slot vouchers for payouts as required.
• Monitor operational quality and patron activities.
