Job summary

Revo Casino and Social House is seeking a motivated supervisor to foster a supportive, compliant environment on the gaming floor. You will ensure guest satisfaction, oversee machine operations, and coordinate training and payroll tasks for department staff.

Responsibilities include scheduling, policy adherence, and coordination with other managers to maintain smooth operations and high standards of service for guests and team members alike.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent is required, along with a minimum of two years of supervisory experience in a high-volume, complex environment.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet software.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend for entire shift.

Responsibilities

• Provide top-tier guest service, fostering positive interactions with guests and employees, and demonstrating resilience in handling difficult situations in various business situations.
• Possess in-depth knowledge of all gaming machines on the floor and the ability to determine accurate payouts.
• Regularly assess and adjust staffing levels to optimize guest service on the gaming floor.
• Maintain open communication with other department managers and offer excellent customer service to address guest needs.
• Schedule and conduct training classes, issue memos, manage payroll records for department employees, and provide essential information to managers for team communication.
• Complete all reports and projects assigned by the HHR Gaming Manager.
• Be available to address any situations that may arise among department employees.
• Oversee the proper functioning of all gaming machines, making them readily available for guest play.
• Issue written and oral instructions, assign duties, and maintain high standards of work quality and adherence to HHR operation policies and procedures.
