Job summary

Evolution is seeking a Floor Supervisor to oversee the gaming floor during their shift, ensuring tables operate smoothly and providing supervisory support to team members.

The role requires monitoring KPIs, coordinating with operations, managing projects and deadlines, coaching staff, handling attendance and disciplinary matters, and contributing to a fast-paced, compliant workplace with opportunities for growth within Evolution.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience as a supervisor or in a related field.
• Experience as a game presenter or shuffler preferred but not required.
• Technically proficient and highly organized; able to work flexibly.

Responsibilities

• Monitor performance and ensure KPIs and expectations are met.
• Collaborate with operations to support team success.
• Manage projects and deadlines.
• Coach, supervise, and motivate team members.
• Maintain time and attendance records for employees.
• Handle employee relations, including disciplinary cases.
