Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in criminal justice, three to five years of Gaming related experience preferred.
• Strong oral and written skills; proficiency in Word and Excel; ability to communicate ideas and to make independent decisions.
• Must obtain and maintain all licenses, certifications, and indemnifications requisite to the responsibilities.
• Must meet or exceed all regulatory conditions for this position.
• A valid driver’s license in good standing is required.

Responsibilities

• Provides next-level guest service to internal and external guests.
• Hires, motivates, trains, coaches, mentors, and directs staff to achieve objectives.
• Creates and fosters an environment of support and motivation for Team Members.
• Develops and enforces security procedures and regulations.
• Coordinates closely with surveillance to ensure security and compliance with policies.
• Coordinates security and investigations with outside law enforcement as needed.
