Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent is required.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet software.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend for entire shift.

Responsibilities

• Provide top-tier guest service, fostering positive interactions with guests and employees.
• Oversee gaming floor operations and ensure machines are operating and payouts are accurate.
• Regularly assess and adjust staffing levels to optimize guest service.
• Maintain open communication with other department managers and provide essential information for team communication.
• Schedule and conduct training classes, issue memos, and manage payroll records for department employees.
• Complete all reports and projects assigned by the HHR Gaming Manager.
• Ensure accurate jackpot transactions and compliance with internal controls.
• Verify completion of department paperwork, including jackpot slips, tax documents, and guest claim forms.
