PENN Entertainment in Missouri is seeking a supervisor to guide staff, support operational goals, and monitor performance and profit objectives. You will also help with scheduling and guest satisfaction while maintaining compliance with budgets and security protocols.

You will uphold high customer service standards, assist with jackpot payment verification, and liaise with slot technicians for technical issues, contributing to a safe, enjoyable guest experience.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Flexible to work all shifts including holidays, nights, weekends, and overtime as business needs dictate.
• Proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word) and have knowledge of Slot operating systems.

Responsabilités

• Provide guidance and daily supervision to staff in the department and monitor performance and profit objectives.
• Adhere to scheduling and coordinate with manager any scheduling concerns while maintaining guest satisfaction.
• Support compliance with departmental budgets.
• Demonstrate superior customer service and ensure standards are met by all team members.
• Ensure security of Slot machines and related gaming equipment during assigned shift.
• Authorize/verify jackpot payments when applicable and follow procedures.
