Fresca, LLC. leads in hospitality, gaming, and entertainment. We are seeking a Lead Slot Attendant to supervise the Slot department during shifts, assist with training, and ensure service and safety standards on the casino floor.

You will monitor operations, coordinate with teams, handle jackpots, and maintain guest satisfaction through professional interactions and efficient processes. This role requires strong communication and a proactive, team-first mindset.

Formación

• 1 year of slot operations experience.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills to deliver coaching, relay expectations, and assist in conflict resolution.
• Reliable and organized with the ability to prioritize tasks and support shift coordination.
• Flexible to adapt to changing business needs, schedules, and guest volumes.
• Committed to fostering a respectful, inclusive, and safety-conscious work environment.
• Ability to access and input information using a moderately complex computer system.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with training and serve as a resource to team members to support performance, engagement, and adherence to company standards.
• Support daily operations by monitoring work areas, guest interactions, and service flow for quality, efficiency, and safety.
• Serve as a shift lead and escalation point for resolving basic team member or guest concerns, referring complex issues to management as needed.
• Monitor slot sections, respond to service calls, process jackpots, and perform minor machine repairs.
• Maintain professional and friendly interactions with guests and team members on the casino floor.
• Communicate with slot attendants and other departments to ensure smooth shift transitions and service coordination.
