Silver-Sevens Hotel is seeking a Slot Shift Supervisor to oversee slot floor personnel and operations. You will interact with guests to ensure efficiency and high levels of Guest Service, while ensuring staff compliance with policies and regulations.

The role requires five years of supervisory experience in guest service, Nevada Gaming Control Board registration, and strong communication skills. You will supervise staff, handle shift paperwork, and coordinate with other departments to maintain

• Minimum five years of supervisory or managerial experience in guest service required.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills essential.
• Nevada Gaming Control Board registration and Alcohol Awareness Card required.
• High School level math; ability to work with numbers and decimals.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee slot floor personnel and operations; interact with guests to ensure service excellence.
• Provide training and information to staff to meet departmental standards.
• Complete daily shift paperwork and maintain records, ROC notes, and communications.
• Document information on source documents to support records (MTL/CTR).
• Monitor adherence to internal controls and taxables; direct breaks and job functions to ensure service quality.
• Maintain communication with internal and external customers to optimize guest experience.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and comfort; collect feedback from slot staff and other departments.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
