Job summary

Four Queens Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas seeks a Slot Floor Supervisor to oversee slot operations and staff on the casino floor. You will assist the Casino Manager-Slots and help manage daily and weekly schedules, training, and customer service excellence.

Qualifications

Minimum education: high school diploma or equivalent.
One year casino experience required, preferably in slot operations.
Must possess strong supervisory and leadership skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Monitor staff levels, bank/floor assignments, and daily/weekly schedules.
Directly responsible for training slot employees and providing direction.
Ensure compliance with company, departmental and regulatory rules; provide feedback and disciplinary action as needed.
Provide clear directives to meet department standards and goals.
Maintain security of all games, money, and employees; supervise floor operations.
Assist in jackpot and fill transactions as needed.
Build rapport with customers and resolve disputes to achieve satisfaction.
Ensure timely performance reviews and proper documentation.
