Qualifications

• Must have excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Minimum of three (3) years of gaming experience with a slots concentration.
• Minimum of two (2) years of related management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, instruct, and evaluate slot service personnel in the proper performance of job duties.
• Respond to and resolve customer disputes / complaints.
• Perform minor repairs to gaming devices, including clearing jams, resetting machines, and verifying jackpots.
• Accurately complete written department forms and records detailing payment of jackpots, cash coin transactions, machine malfunctions, etc.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare and implement work schedule in response to business demands.
• Maintain secure key controls at all times.
• Develop, apply, and maintain a friendly, courteous rapport with customers and employees.
• Effectively communicate by two-way radio.
• Other duties as assigned
