Job summary

Desert Diamond Casinos & Entertainment is seeking a Slot Supervisor to oversee daily slot operations on an assigned shift. You will supervise slot staff, ensure guest satisfaction, and uphold TOGE/ADOG policies, while mentoring team members.

The role requires 6+ years in slot operations with at least 3 in supervision, strong leadership and risk awareness, and the ability to work evenings and weekends in a casino setting.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED plus six years of slot operations experience, 3 in a supervisor role.
• Must be 18+, pass pre-employment screen, background check, and obtain gaming license.
• Proficient in slot mechanics, casino floor ops, and handling disciplinary actions.

Responsibilities

• Supervise slot area and team for guest relations and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with TOGE, TOGO and ADOG policies and ICs.
• Schedule work and monitor performance; prepare shift reports.
• Mentor staff and coordinate special slot functions.
• Protect TOGE assets and authorize prize jackpots per policy.
