Job summary

MGM Resorts International is hiring a Slot Manager at National Harbor to lead a high-energy team on the East Coast gaming floor. You will champion SHOW service standards, drive guest experiences, and own the action of a world-class casino floor.

The ideal candidate has two years of customer service experience in a resort setting with prior supervisory/management experience. Excellent communication and leadership skills are essential, along with a commitment to employee engagement and career

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years customer service experience in resort or hospitality preferred.
• Previous slots supervisory/management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Senior Slot Managers with HR responsibilities including training and documentation.
• Engage employees to foster a positive work environment and retain top performers.
• Maintain ongoing communication to share information and model SHOW standards.
• Mentor hourly employees to support career goals and department goals.
• Deliver guest service that aligns with MGM Resorts core standards.
• Manage team expectations and ensure policy compliance.
• Provide instruction and implementation of service programs to staff.
• Research and resolve guest or employee issues professionally.
• Complete assigned projects within established deadlines.
• Delegate duties to staff and maintain inventory of equipment and keys.
