MGM National Harbor, part of MGM Resorts International, is seeking a Senior Slot Manager to lead slot operations on a fast-paced casino floor, driving guest experience and performance. You will bring energy, leadership, and strategic thinking to create memorable experiences for guests.

You will mentor managers, ensure compliance with gaming regulations, and uphold MGM’s S.H.O.W. standards while partnering with leadership and regulators to safeguard assets and develop your team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of prior relevant experience in slot operations or equivalent management.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of Slot Operations during your assigned shift, ensuring a seamless, high-energy gaming experience
• Inspire, engage, and develop your team—building a positive culture that attracts and retains top performers
• Deliver exceptional guest service aligned with MGM’s S.H.O.W. service standards
• Oversee daily operations, staffing levels, and guest experience metrics to drive performance and satisfaction
• Mentor assistant managers and team members to support growth and career development
• Analyze business needs and make real-time operational decisions on the gaming floor
• Resolve guest and employee concerns professionally and efficiently
• Ensure compliance with gaming regulations, company policies, and operational procedures
• Safeguard company assets, including equipment, keys, and sensitive materials
• Lead training initiatives and ensure consistent execution of company programs
