Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor slot machine operations and assist with payouts and restocking of TITO printers.
• Troubleshoot sports wagering kiosks issues, such as ticket jams.
• Follow internal controls, policies, and procedures; protect company assets.
• Report any internal control or state regulation violations per Self-Reporting Policy.
• Sign up new players for Reward Card Accounts and manage rewards functions.
• Circulate the casino floor and provide positive customer interactions reflecting S.T.A.R. values.
