Job summary
Kiowa Casino is seeking a Guest Service Attendant I in Hobart, OK to provide excellent guest service on the slot floor, assist guests with questions, and handle minor disputes. You will assist with slot machine maintenance and jackpots, ensuring compliance with Title 31 and internal controls.
The role requires familiarity with gaming regulations, strong communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced casino environment.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required.
- 6 months to 1 year guest service and cash handling experience preferred.
- Knowledge of slot operations and gaming regulations desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional appearance.
Responsibilities
- Provide superior guest service to guests on the floor and assist with questions and minor disputes.
- Perform basic maintenance or minor troubleshooting on slot machines when needed.
- Process slot transactions and jackpots with accuracy and compliance to Title 31 forms.
- Monitor floor activity to protect guests and the integrity of the casino.
- Explain slot machine details to guests and assist with promotions and events.
- Resolve guest concerns and escalate to Slot Manager when required.
