Kiowa Casino Group is seeking a Lead Casino Service Representative in Hobart, Oklahoma. You will supervise Casino Service Representatives and cage operations to ensure accurate monetary transactions and deliver exceptional guest service.

Competenze

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 2 years' progressive cashiering experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of the Gaming Industry preferred.

Mansioni

• Oversee Casino Service Representatives and cage functions to ensure accurate monetary transactions.
• Deliver exceptional guest service and uphold Kiowa's Guest Service Standards.
• Verify currency, chips, and bank balances; balance cash drawer and vault transactions.
• Manage cage inventory including chip banks, main bank, check bank, and front window.
• Enroll new guests in marketing systems and issue player cards.
• Assist in delivering marketing promotions and communicating program details to guests.
• Supervise and develop direct reports; ensure compliance with Title 31 and regulatory policies.
• Maintain knowledge of gaming machines, player tracking system, and casino promotions.
• Contribute to marketing communications and event promotions for guests.
