Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Previous customer service experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Nebraska Gaming License.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to use mobile devices, tablets, and touchscreen technology.
• Commitment to providing outstanding guest service.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a visible presence on the gaming floor and respond to guest requests.
• Explain game rules, payouts, and jackpots to guests.
• Resets slot machines and performs manual jackpot payouts per rules.
• Refill ticket printers and perform minor machine troubleshooting.
• Create player accounts and issue loyalty cards.
• Assist guests with beverage requests and coordinate service when needed.
• Adhere to safety, regulatory, and internal controls.
