Kiowa Casino is seeking a Guest Service Attendant I to deliver exceptional guest service across the slot floor and support areas. You will assist Guests with slot details, handle basic payouts, answer questions, and help resolve minor disputes while maintaining the cleanliness of your area.

The role requires 21+ with capable communication, quick problem-solving, and adherence to casino policies. Training will cover slot operations, promotions, and regulatory requirements.

Formación

• Requires a High School diploma or GED.
• 6 months to 1 year guest service and cash handling experience preferred; learn slot operations and gaming regs.

Responsabilidades

• Provide superior guest service and assistance to Guests on the floor.
• Explain slot machine details and assist with payouts and jackpots.
• Process transactions and ensure compliance with Title 31 where required.
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the work area and respond to guest inquiries.
