Amcor LLC is seeking a Slitter Operator to support the slitting department. You will load, set up, run, and pack from slitting machines while ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.

The role requires basic measurement skills, ability to work under pressure, and forklift certification is preferred. This is a full-time on-site position in Asheville, NC with opportunities for growth and training.

Qualifications

• Two years slitting experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Forklift certification preferred or willing to obtain.
• Ability to read rulers and calipers; perform basic measurements.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate slitting equipment to meet specs.
• Maintain accurate production documentation.
• Pack and handle materials as required.
• Post production information and test results.
• Ensure safety and housekeeping in the area.
