Qualifications

• Minimum two years slitting experience preferred.
• Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new programs.
• Forklift certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Set up and operate slitting equipment to meet quality and productivity specs.
• Maintain accurate production documentation and labels.
• Ensure material meets customer requirements during runs.
• Perform testing and record results; communicate with team daily.
• Pack and handle materials; assist with core cutting as needed.
• Maintain housekeeping and safety in the slitter area.
• Identify maintenance needs and support CI improvements.
