Qualifications

• Detail-oriented, quality-conscious and safety-focused.
• 1-2 years slitter assistant experience preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and job data sheets.
• Strong mathematical skills and precision in measurements.

Responsibilities

• Operate slitting machine per job specifications.
• Perform rework/rewind on defective rolls.
• Set web guides and knives per customer specs.
• Prepare machine for next job by reviewing data.
• Take samples to QA lab for testing and approval.
• Maintain and troubleshoot equipment as needed.
• Adhere to safety and quality standards at all times.
