Sleep Number Corporation is seeking a motivated Retail Sales Associate to help customers discover Sleep Number products that fit their needs and preferences. You will explain product benefits, promotions, and deliver personalized experiences to drive satisfaction and sales.

You will nurture prospective customers through outbound calls, maintain a polished showroom, and participate in ongoing training to sharpen selling skills in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt to diverse customer needs.
• Goal-oriented and customer-focused attitude, with a drive to exceed goals.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• 1–2 years of retail or customer-facing experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Clearly explain product benefits and current promotions while delivering personalized customer experiences to drive satisfaction and exceed sales goals.
• Proactively nurture prospective customers through outbound calls, with a strong focus on building relationships that generate repeat and new business.
• Work together to maintain a polished showroom and deliver an exceptional store experience.
• Take part in sales practice training and coaching to sharpen your skills.
