Sleep Number is seeking a Sales Representative to identify customer sleep needs and match them with our adjustable, wellness-focused product line. You will clearly explain product benefits and promotions while delivering personalized customer experiences to drive satisfaction and sales.

You will proactively reach out to prospective customers through outbound calls, build lasting relationships, and help maintain a polished showroom.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail or customer-facing experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with CRM or POS tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Discover each customer’s sleep needs and match them with Sleep Number products.
• Clearly explain product benefits and current promotions while delivering personalized customer experiences.
• Proactively nurture prospective customers through outbound calls and relationship-building.
