Job summary

Sleep Number Retail Corporation seeks a high-energy sales associate to identify each customer’s sleep needs and match them with Sleep Number products in a dynamic showroom setting.

You will clearly explain product benefits, delivery of personalized customer experiences, and promotions while pursuing sales goals. The role requires flexibility to work evenings and weekends and offers training and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and ability to adapt to diverse customer needs.
• Goal-oriented and customer-focused attitude with a drive to exceed sales goals.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• 1–2 years of retail, customer service, or other customer-facing experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred: consultative or relationship-based sales experience, ideally in a commission-driven environment.
• Comfortable using CRM systems, point-of-sale technology, and interactive sales tools.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating effectively with a team.
