Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt to diverse customer needs.
• Goal-oriented and customer-focused attitude with a drive to exceed sales goals.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• 1–2 years of retail or customer-facing experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in consultative or relationship-based sales is a plus.
• Comfortable using CRM systems, POS tech, and interactive sales tools.
