Sleep Number is seeking a Sales Representative to grow our retail sales at our Newark, DE showroom. You’ll uncover each customer’s sleep needs and tailor recommendations to Sleep Number products, while clearly communicating benefits and current promotions to drive satisfaction and sales goals.

Ideal candidates are highly customer-focused, collaborative team players who can work evenings and weekends, and who are comfortable using CRM systems and iPads for demonstrations.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
• 1–2 years of retail, customer service, or related experience.
• Comfort using CRM systems, POS tech, and sales apps.

Responsibilities

• Discover each customer’s sleep needs and match them with Sleep Number products.
• Explain product benefits and promotions while delivering personalized customer experiences.
• Nurture prospective customers through outbound calls and relationship building.
• Maintain a polished showroom and deliver an exceptional store experience.
• Participate in sales practice training and coaching to sharpen skills.
