Job summary

Sleep Number is seeking sales representatives to join our team in a high-energy retail environment. You will identify customer sleep needs, demonstrate Sleep Number products, and guide shoppers through promotions to achieve sales goals.

You will nurture prospects through outbound calls, maintain a welcoming showroom, and participate in ongoing training to build product expertise and customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Goal-oriented, customer-focused attitude with drive to exceed sales goals.
• 1–2 years of retail, customer service, or related experience.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Experience with CRM systems and POS technology is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Discover each customer’s sleep needs and match them with Sleep Number products.
• Explain product benefits and promotions while delivering personalized customer experiences to drive satisfaction and exceed sales goals.
• Proactively nurture prospective customers through outbound calls to build relationships and generate business.
• Maintain a polished showroom and deliver an exceptional store experience.
• Participate in sales practice training and coaching to sharpen skills.
