Job summary

Inspire Medical Systems is seeking a Therapy Development Representative to drive awareness and grow the therapy pipeline across Knoxville and Nashville, TN. You will educate providers about our FDA-approved OSA therapy and collaborate with Regional/ Territory Managers to expand physician engagement and patient identification.

This role requires 2+ years of healthcare or medical device sales, willingness to travel, and strong communication skills to convert referrals into therapy adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years pharmaceutical, healthcare or medical device sales experience.
• In lieu of Bachelor's degree, 4 years minimum sales experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare or medical device industry; or 2 years’ experience working directly with Inspire Medical Systems therapy in a clinical setting.
• Ability to travel within territory/region (including overnights) as needed.

Responsibilities

• Grow pipeline and patient conversion to therapy.
• Educate PCPs, Internal Medicine, Cardiology and other providers who treat/manage patients with OSA.
• Execute referral channel growth initiatives to increase patient identification and therapy adoption.
• Support monthly community education programs and awareness events.
• Partner with Territory Manager(s) to expand/deepen physician engagement and practice growth opportunities.
• Conduct market assessments to identify growth opportunities and referral gaps.
• Support Territory Manager(s) in growing territory pipeline and increasing pipeline conversion.
• Communicate with aligned Territory Manager on a weekly basis.
• Logging customer engagements in CRM.
• Transition customers from unaware to advocacy belief.
• Creation of new physician profiles in CRM.
