Job summary

Inspire Medical Systems in Tampa, FL is seeking a dynamic healthcare sales professional to advance therapy adoption for our OSA solution. You will educate PCPs, Internal Medicine, Cardiology and other providers to grow pipeline and patient conversion, reporting to the Regional Manager.

The role requires 2+ years in pharmaceutical, healthcare or medical device sales, or 4 years in sales with Inspire therapy, plus travel within the territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 2+ years pharma/healthcare/medical device sales experience.
• In lieu of Bachelor’s degree, 4 years minimum sales experience in pharma/healthcare/medical device industry; or 2 years working with Inspire therapy in a clinical setting.
• Ability to travel within territory/region (including overnights) as needed.

Responsibilities

• Drive therapy development awareness by educating providers in your community.
• Grow pipeline and patient conversion by educating PCPs, Internal Medicine, Cardiology and other providers.
• Execute referral channel growth initiatives to increase patient identification and therapy adoption.
• Support monthly community education programs and awareness events.
• Partner with Territory Manager(s) to expand physician engagement and practice growth opportunities.
• Conduct market assessments to identify growth opportunities and referral gaps.
• Log customer engagements in CRM and transition customers from unaware to advocacy.
