Job summary

Inspire Medical Systems is seeking a Regional Sales professional to educate providers and grow patient adoption of therapy for OSA. The role reports to the Area Vice President and collaborates with Territory Managers to expand physician engagement and clinic growth across the territory.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent sales experience in healthcare, strong communication and negotiation skills, and willingness to travel, including overnights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years pharmaceutical, healthcare or medical device sales experience.
• In lieu of Bachelor’s degree, 4 years minimum sales experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare or medical device industry; or 2 years’ experience working directly with Inspire Medical Systems therapy in a clinical setting.
• Ability to travel within territory/region (including overnights) as needed.

Responsibilities

• Drive therapy development awareness by educating providers in your community and grow pipeline and patient conversion.
• Educate PCPs, Internal Medicine, Cardiology and other providers who treat/manage patients with OSA.
• Execute referral channel growth initiatives to increase patient identification and therapy adoption.
• Support monthly community education programs and awareness events.
• Partner with Territory Manager(s) to expand physician engagement and practice growth opportunities.
