Inspire Medical Systems is looking for a Therapy Development Representative in Milwaukee to educate providers about our FDA-approved OSA therapy, grow the patient funnel, and advance referrals. You will work with Territory Managers to expand physician engagement, build pipelines, and convert opportunities into therapy adoption.

The role requires clinical understanding of implant pathways, travel within the territory, and the ability to log activities in the CRM.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years pharmaceutical, healthcare or medical device sales experience.
• In lieu of Bachelor's degree, 4 years minimum sales experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare or medical device industry; or 2 years' experience working directly with Inspire Medical Systems therapy in a clinical setting.
• Ability to travel within territory/region (including overnights) as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Educate providers to grow pipeline and patient conversion for OSA therapy.
• Develop physician engagement and referral growth opportunities; support community education events.
• Maintain CRM records, create physician profiles, and track customer engagements.
