Job summary

Inspire Medical Systems, Inc. is seeking a Territory Manager to introduce OSA therapy in a dedicated sales region. You will drive awareness, activate accounts, and manage patient throughput to meet sales plans.

The role requires a strong background in medical device or pharma sales, willingness to travel, and collaboration with marketing and operations to optimize outreach and payer education.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years sales experience in Medical Device or Pharmaceutical industry; or 5 years sales in Medical Device/pharma without degree.
• Strong computer skills with MS Office (PowerPoint & Excel).
• Ability to travel within territory (overnights as needed).
• Experience in market development or account growth is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Understand OSA technology and implantation/follow-up procedures.
• Drive implant growth to meet sales plan and increase patient throughput.
• Coordinate site assessment, selection, and development of commercial centers.
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales quotas.
• Ensure centers follow patient selection guidelines and implant techniques.
• Assist in payer education and in developing outreach programs.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales operations on outreach initiatives.
