Job summary

Inspire Medical Systems is seeking a Territory Manager to drive commercialization of OSA therapy across an assigned sales region. You will lead account activation, manage territory performance, and ensure alignment with clinical practices and payer guidelines.

The role requires medical device sales experience, strong MS Office skills, and willingness to travel. You will partner with marketing and operations to enhance outreach and improve patient access.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of medical device or pharmaceutical sales experience required.
• In lieu of a degree, 5+ years of medical device/pharma sales experience or 3 years with Inspire directly in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercialization activities for Obstructive Sleep Apnea therapy in the assigned territory.
• Achieve sales plan and therapy awareness milestones; grow accounts.
• Ensure proper patient referral and activation workflows; optimize throughput.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales operations to refine outreach programs.
