Job summary

Inspire Medical Systems is seeking a Territory Manager to drive commercialization of the OSA therapy within an assigned sales territory. You will work to achieve sales plans, grow implant counts, and activate accounts while ensuring adherence to therapy guidelines and efficient patient throughput.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years in medical device or pharmaceutical sales or 5 years in the field without a degree, plus strong MS Office skills and travel readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of medical device or pharmaceutical sales experience.
• In lieu of degree, 5 years medical device or pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Strong MS Office skills (PowerPoint and Excel).
• Willingness to travel (including overnights) within territory.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercialization activities introducing OSA therapy to assigned territory.
• Achieve sales plan and therapy awareness milestones.
• Assess new potential accounts within assigned sales territory.
• Drive implant growth to meet sales plan and optimize patient throughput.
• Coordinate site assessment, selection, and development for new centers.
• Meet or exceed assigned sales quotas.
• Ensure centers follow patient selection guidelines and implant techniques.
