Mattress Firm is seeking a Sleep Expert to elevate the in-store experience by sharing expert product knowledge and guiding customers to the right sleep solutions in our New York stores. You’ll use digital tools to support a seamless omnichannel experience and help customers feel confident about their purchase.

You’ll drive sales, monitor KPIs, maintain relationships after purchase, and participate in a team that prioritizes customer care.

Responsibilities

• Elevate the customer's in-store experience by providing technical and product knowledge information and acting as a subject matter expert.
• Drive individual sales performance and KPIs while aligning with company values and initiatives.
• Maintain customer relationships during and after purchase, including follow-ups and delivery reminders.
• Leverage social media to positively impact brand awareness and increase sales.
