Job summary

Mattress Warehouse is hiring Retail Sales Consultants to join a large, growing bedding retailer network across the United States. You’ll leverage our exclusive bedMATCH diagnostic system to help customers find the right mattress while delivering a helpful, low-pressure shopping experience.

The team emphasizes a competitive compensation package with the greater of an hourly wage or commission, eligibility for bonuses, plus a 401(k) with substantial employer matching.

Qualifications

• Availability to work a retail schedule that includes evenings, most holidays, and all weekends.
• Typical 4–5-day work week with 40–55 hours per week.
• Bilingual with equal fluency in verbal and written English and Spanish or other languages is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and help load mattress purchases onto vehicles.
• Familiarity with tablets, mobile POS and our bedMatch system.

Responsibilities

• Sell premium mattresses using our proven selling process and bedMatch system.
• Provide a relaxed, low-pressure and educational shopping experience.
• Meet and understand customer needs while delivering exceptional service.
