Mattress Warehouse is hiring a Retail Sales Consultant to help customers find the right mattress using our bedMatch diagnostic system. You will engage with shoppers, explain features, and guide purchases in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Availability to work a retail schedule including evenings, most holidays and weekends.
• Bilingual with English and Spanish a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and assist loading mattresses into vehicles.
• Provide relaxed, low-pressure, educational shopping experiences.
• Experience with tablets, mobile POS and bedMatch system is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting mattresses using the selling process and bedMatch system.
• Identify customer needs and offer appropriate products and solutions.
• Operate tablets, mobile POS and process sales transactions.
• Maintain showroom floor and assist with loading purchases onto customer vehicles.
• Collaborate with team to deliver outstanding customer service.
