Job summary

Mattress Warehouse in Lancaster County offers an exciting Retail Sales Consultant role. You will help customers choose the right mattress using bedMATCH and our proven selling process, delivering a relaxed, educational shopping experience.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is required. Bilingual English/Spanish a plus; you must lift up to 75 pounds and assist with loading purchases. We provide a robust compensation mix with hourly pay or commissions, plus benefits and PTO.

Qualifications

• Willing to work retail schedule including evenings, holidays, and weekends.
• Fluent in English; Spanish or other languages a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and assist customers with loading their purchases.
• Customer-focused, energetic team player.
• Comfort with using tablets, mobile POS and our bedMatch system.

Responsibilities

• Sell premium mattresses using our selling process and bedMatch system.
• Provide a relaxed, low-pressure, educational shopping experience.
• Assist customers with loading purchases onto their vehicles.
• Use tablets and POS to process transactions and capture customer data.
