Mattress Warehouse is hiring Retail Sales Consultants in Lancaster, PA to help customers choose the right mattress using our bedMATCH diagnostic system. You will provide high-quality service in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

The role requires availability for evenings, holidays and weekends, with lifting up to 75 pounds. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, and we offer comprehensive training and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Retail sales experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Able to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Comfortable lifting up to 75 pounds.
