Job summary

Mattress Warehouse is seeking a motivated Retail Sales Consultant to help customers find the best sleep solutions. You will sell premium mattresses and bedding using our proven process and bedMatch diagnostic system, delivering an informative, low-pressure shopping experience.

Ideal candidates are available for evenings, weekends and holidays, can lift up to 75 pounds, and may speak English and Spanish. We offer a company with strong growth, training, and a team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Availability to work a retail schedule that includes evenings, most holidays and weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and assist customers with loading purchases.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (or other languages) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sell premium mattress/bedding products using our proven selling process and bedMatch system.
• Provide a relaxed, low-pressure and educational shopping experience for customers.
• Assist customers with loading purchases onto their vehicles and maintain showroom floor.
• Use tablets and POS for customer interactions.
