Mattress Warehouse is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant in York, PA to help customers find the right mattress using our bedMatch system. You will work with customers in a fast-paced store, answer questions, and guide them through the purchasing process.

You will need energy, the ability to lift up to 75 pounds, and a willingness to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Bilingual skills in English/Spanish are a plus; full benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales is preferred.
• Bilingual abilities in English and Spanish or other languages are a plus.
• Comfort with technology including tablets and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Sell mattresses using bedMatch diagnostic system to recommend products.
• Assist customers, answer questions, and close sales.
• Maintain showroom display and assist with load-outs and deliveries.
• Provide friendly, low-pressure, educational shopping experience.
