Mattress Warehouse is seeking motivated Retail Sales Consultants to help customers find the right mattress using our bedMatch diagnostic system. You will sell premium bedding products and provide a relaxed, informative shopping experience in a team-focused store environment.

Ideal candidates are available for evenings, weekends, and holidays, can lift up to 75 pounds, and communicate effectively in English and Spanish or other languages. We offer comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Availability to work a retail schedule that includes evenings, most holidays, and weekends.
• Bilingual with fluency in English and Spanish (or other languages) is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds, reset showroom floor, and load mattresses.
• Provide a relaxed, low-pressure, educational shopping experience focused on sleep solutions.
• Utilize tablets, mobile POS, and the bedMatch diagnostic system.
• Team-oriented attitude, high energy, and enthusiasm.
• Enjoy meeting customers and understanding their needs.

Responsibilities

• Sell premium mattress products using the bedMatch system and proven selling process.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and guidance throughout the shopping experience.
• Assist with showroom setup, demonstrations, and loading purchases for customers.
