Job summary

Mattress Warehouse is seeking a motivated Retail Sales Consultant to help customers find the right sleep solutions using our bedMATCH diagnostic system. You will work in a fast-paced store environment, delivering warm, knowledgeable service and handling transactions at the point of sale.

The role requires evenings, weekends and holidays, with physical ability to lift up to 75 pounds. English fluency is essential; Spanish or another language is a plus.

Qualifications

• Availability to work retail schedule including evenings, most holidays, and weekends.
• Fluent in English; Spanish or other language a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and assist customers with loading purchases.
• Experience in retail sales and delivering customer-focused service.
• Comfort with tablets, POS systems and the bedMATCH diagnostic process.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers to select mattresses and bedding products using bedMATCH system.
• Sell products and manage transactions at POS.
• Provide relaxed, low-pressure, educational shopping experience.
• Maintain showroom; assist with loading purchases into customers' vehicles.
