Job summary

Mattress Warehouse in York County, PA is seeking a results-driven Retail Sales Consultant to help customers find the perfect mattress using our bedMATCH diagnostic system. You will sell premium bedding while delivering a low-pressure, educational shopping experience and maintain showroom standards.

Ideal candidates are available evenings, holidays, and weekends, can lift up to 75 pounds, and speak English and Spanish fluently.

Qualifications

• Availability to work a retail schedule including evenings, most holidays, and weekends.
• 4–5 day work week.
• Able to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Bilingual with English and Spanish or other languages a plus.
• Uses tablets, POS, and bedMatch system.

Responsibilities

• Confidently sell mattresses and bedding products using our proven selling process and bedMatch system.
• Provide a relaxed, low-pressure, educational shopping experience to help customers improve their sleep.
• Maintain showroom presentation and assist customers with loading purchases as needed.
